What products should I consider to ward off Deers?
by asilentone ini have seen several cars hit by deers around here, but i have never been hit by a deer here, i might consider to buy something to ward off deers.
any suggestions would be very much appreciated..

He became the Son only at His taking on flesh.
This is not what Christianity teaches. He was God's son before He assumed a human nature. His birth to Mary did not make Him God's son. Basic stuff.

(5a) The begetting is not an event of time, however remote, but a fact irrespective of time. (5b) The Christ did not become, but necessarily and eternally is the Son. He, a Person, possesses every attribute of pure Godhood. (5c) This necessitates eternity, absolute being; in this respect He is not ‘after’ the Father;
(8) In Jn 3:16 the statement, “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son” must not be taken to mean that Christ became the only begotten son by incarnation. (8a) The value and greatness of the gift lay in the Sonship of Him who was given. (8b) His Sonship was not the effect of His being given. (Strong and Vine’s, 167)

What happened to the "great crowd" ???
by 1914BS ini noticed the complete abscence of any reference to the great crowd in recent watchtower magazines.. the latest jan 15 2010 wt now calls the "other sheep" rank and file witnesses the ......"growing crowd" i think you'll find that on the last page of that wt.
has the interpretation of the "great crowd" changed again?
it seems the anointed class has now stolen both the titles "generation" and "great crowd" any thoughts on this?.

last weekend he took his life by a gun.

It's depressing belonging to a Satanic cult. Not that all members are satanists, but let's call it what it is. No doubt he was a strong believer that at death he is acquitted of his sins. He thought wrongly that he had an easy out.

And another reason why the JWs are wrong teaching that the Word is just a created angel who became a man and reverted to being an angel.
This “kingship” or throne of power and authority lasts forever and ever:
[B]ut as to the Son, “Your throne, O God,
is forever and ever…, (Hebrews 1:8 Green’s Literal Translation)Daniel 7:14, which the Jehovah's Witnesses cite in support of Christ’s kingship and dominion, or rule and authority, also makes it very clear that it lasts forever and shall never be destroyed:
His dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. (Green’s Literal Translation)
But even the Jehovah's Witnesses don’t believe that. Their version of Jesus Christ, the angel, has a very limited, narrow role to play in salvation history and for all practical purposes He is dispensed with after the millennial reign. He is not regarded by them as the eternal king of an eternal kingdom, but reverts back to being an angel on the sidelines. They write:
Since sin and death are to be completely removed from earth’s inhabitants, this also brings to an end the need for Jesus’ serving as “a helper with the Father” in the sense of providing propitiation for the sins of imperfect humans. (1Jo 2:1, 2) That brings mankind back to the original status enjoyed when the perfect man Adam was in Eden. Adam, while perfect, needed no one to stand between him and God to make propitiation. So, too, at the termination of Jesus’ Thousand Year Reign rule, earth’s inhabitants will be both in position and under responsibility to answer for their course of action before Jehovah God as the Supreme Judge, without recourse to anyone as legal intermediary, or helper. (Insight, 170)
When God … raised Jesus Christ from the dead to spirit life in heaven … the heavenly Jerusalem received him into the midst of her organization of angelic sons in heaven, but as the Chief One among them, in the position of Archangel. (M. Alfs, Concepts of Father, Son and Holy Spirit [Minneapolis, Minnesota, Old Theology Book House, 1984], 71 n. 152) (Concepts)
The Jehovah's Witnesses should probably take a closer look at Hebrews 7:25: “Consequently He is able for all time to save those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them” RSV). This refers to the “intercession of the exalted Jesus, not the sequel to His completed sacrifice but His eternal presence in heaven, cf. Romans 8:34 (NAB notes Hebrews 7,25).

If you ever think you might be a suspect in their eyes, STFU and call your lawyer. Don't say shit without him/her present.
Definately agree with that. That's not always clear, though, if they think you're a suspect because they have been known to pretend that you're not. They're always fishing and want the easy way out. Calling 911 is a perfect example. Make your lawyer happy. Politely keep your mouth shut. Hanging the innocent is the easier way out sometimes. They want words, any words, because then it is their word against yours.

The phrase "The Truth"
by lepermessiah inso, i am curious..... how many of you have a hard time getting that phrase out of your vocabulary?.
i have been conscienciously trying not to use it at all, so now when i am in a conversation with a jw, its amazing how often they use that phrase.
i look back and wonder "god, did i say that that often?

The JWs' truth can't be the truth because they have made too many changes. What was truth was actually false. So they can't be in the truth or have the truth.
